In July and August the Laurel Museum had visitors from the Laurel Parks and Recreation summer camp.
On July 15, a group of 6-7 year olds from the camp explored the museum and the "Buy it Here: Laurel Advertises" exhibit using a scavenger hunt.
On July 22, a group of 8-12 year olds from the camp visited the museum. This group explored the exhibit "Buy it Here: Laurel Advertises" through a scavenger hunt. Based on what they learned, they made their own advertisements for Laurel. These advertisements are now hanging at City Hall.

On August 5, a group of 8-12 year olds from the camp visited the museum and played historical games.
